ALDI’s presence recently skyrocketed as an affordable grocery store in an industry rife with inflation. Quality products, low prices, and a shopping experience unlike any other - they’re not shy about what they offer and are proud of their stable, long-term career opportunities.

The trouble is, most people think of ALDI as a place to shop, not a place to work. With more stores, offices, and warehouses opening across the country, leadership looked to us to attract candidates across all skill levels. 

Our team updated and continues to iterate on the grocery giant’s recruitment marketing materials: brochures, social posts, emails and more. Within these materials, we educate candidates about ALDI’s many career opportunities in the bold voice their audience expects.
