Ciena Healthcare came to our team with little recruitment presence.

With recruiters unsure on how to express the company’s culture and values, we held interviews with leadership across every facet of the organization.

What we learned: Leadership truly believed in looking after their peers, floor staff felt their commitment, and team members across the organization took pride in doing what’s right.

This info, combined with a head recruiter’s love of storytelling, led to our execution of the WE ARE concept.
